What is for sale?
The great news is ANYTHING & EVERYTHING!
The aim is to have a large selection of stallholders at the markets, all bringing their gorgeous top quality, nearly new toys, clothing, furniture, maternity, and equipment all under one roof. There is always a LOT of choice in terms of brands, sizes, and styles!
As the stallholders are local parents and carers, each one of our markets has a different selection of items in excellent condition; no one market is the same. It is well worth revisiting the markets, indeed we have many regular buyers.
You can save so much money setting up your nursery and beyond at our markets. Stallholders sell anything from maternity wear, to whatever you may need for your newborns and anything in-between up to approx 8 years of age. We also aim to have a selection of businesses promoting and selling their gorgeous baby and children’s products and services.
What you need to know:
No need to book, just turn up on the day (bring plenty of reusable bags with you too if you can) There is an ENTRY FEE per event: £1.50 per adult, KIDS FREE.
All events are CASH ONLY as the venue’s do not have ATM’s or card payment facilities.
On entry, you will be provided with a goody bag of useful/relevant information from local businesses, including the latest Toddle About magazine.
All our markets are held inside, so no matter what the weather brings, we will proceed with the exception of heavy snow due to health & safety reasons for both our buyers and sellers.
When our markets open it can be a little congested.
If you need to come with a buggy, it may be better if you arrive when the initial rush is over, however, if it’s a large or popular item you’re after then we suggest you arrive as early as possible as they are usually the first to go. Please do not worry, we do our best to crowd control and there are bargains aplenty, right until the end, and DON’T FORGET TO HAGGLE!

**For health & safety reasons when purchasing electrical and battery-operated toys/items we highly recommend you ask the seller to demonstrate it’s in full working order before purchasing as we don’t want our buyers to go home disappointed when an item does not work.
